HOW DO I RECOVER MY MEMBER NAME?
You can recover your Member Name at the following URL:

HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?

HOW DO I MODIFY MY ACCOUNT?
To modify your account including e-mail address and password, please utilize our Member Services Center at the following URL:
https://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home

Note: Member Names cannot be changed.


HOW DO I VALIDATE MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT
We are required to validate your family account information before your child may be granted access to use the full range of services for kids.

You have three options to validate this information: (1) telephone, (2) fax, or (3) U.S. Mail. We will need to validate the information listed below. All information will be kept confidential and never shared with third parties without your consent.

Information we will need to validate your child's account:

1) Confirm whether or not you are validating your child's account. 2) Parent's Legal Name.
3) Parent's Member Name.
4) Parent's e-mail address.
5) Parent's Password or Hint.
6) Child's Member Name.
7) Whether or not this is a new or existing account.
8) Parent's Signature (Fax and US Mail Only).

Option 1: Telephone

US Residents may provide us this information by calling us at our toll free number: 877.466.6669

Non-US Residents can call us at: 011.1.503.626.5476 (Non-US Residents)

Option 2: Fax

You may also fax this information to Member Services: 503.574.1305

In the subject line of your fax please put "Attention: Child Membership Validation" and include the Parent Signature with your fax request.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date the information is received for validation.

Option 3: U.S. Mail ("snail mail")

WHY CAN'T I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
If you are having problems logging in to your account, please first try clearing your cache and cookies.

After clearing cache and cookies, please make sure of the following:

  • Your cookies are turned on
  • Your security level is NOT set to High. This can be found in IE under Tools->Internet Options->Security Tab
  • If using a proxy (under Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab->LAN Settings) please try to log in with the proxy turned off
If you are still unable to log in and wish to send an e-mail for further assistance, please make sure to include the following information:

Member Name:
Browser type and version (i.e. IE5.0, IE5.5, Netscape 4.6):
Operating System (i.e. win98, NT):
Are your cookies enabled:
Security Level Settings if IE (under Tools->Internet Options->Security Tab):
Proxy settings if IE (under Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab->LAN Settings):
Specific Log in page URL:
How many times did you attempt to sign in:
Are you using a private, corporate or public computer:
Time of attempted log in (day-hour-minute):
Specific text of error message, if any:


HOW DO I SIGN OUT?
When you are finished using our Family of Sites, you can end your session by clicking Sign out or Log out on any page. If using a public computer, it is important to always sign out at the end of a session for increased security.
